NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 29, 2021, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 P.M. in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-V-21-02. Clifford Cornett, of 1948 Cochise Ave, City of McPherson, pursuant to Section 10-107 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requests a variance for the purpose of reducing the required side yard setback on the East Side of the subject property from 7 feet to 3 feet for the purpose of avoiding in ground sprinkler lines during the installation of a 120 SF garden shed on property zoned as the R-2, Two-Family Residential District and legally described as: FOXFIRE ADDITION, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 19, RANGE 03, BLOCK 1, LOT 4

After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision.
