An application has been filed by Victor and Almendra Banuelos, of 938 North Wheeler Street, City of McPherson, Kansas pursuant to 10-107 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requesting a Variance to permit a 490 Square Foot (14 feet x 35’) carport to the North side of the existing single-family dwelling on property zoned as the R-2, Two-Family Residential District and legally described as:

This application has been assigned Case No. V-23-06. It will be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on August 24, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case,
the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
