An application has been filed by Veronica Eck, of 105 Arcadian Ct., City of McPherson, Kansas pursuant to Section 10-108 and Section 6-1005B of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requests a Conditional Use as an Exception for the purpose of establishing appropriate parking for a recreational vehicle (RV) on property zoned as the R-1, Single-Family Residential District and legally described as:

General location: 105 Arcadian Court, City of McPherson
This application has been assigned Case No. CU-23-08. It will be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on July 27, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case,
the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
