An application has been filed by Heather Haxton, of 512 East Anna Street, City of McPherson, McPherson County, Kansas pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City’s Zoning Regulations, requesting a Conditional Use as an Exception for the purpose of installing a 4-foot tall, chain link fence 15 feet into the required 25-foot front yard on property zoned as the R-2, Two-Family Residential District, and legally described as:

This application has been assigned Case No. CU-23-04. It will be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on June 22nd, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
