This application has been assigned Case No. CU-23-06. The original case number, V-23-03 is withdrawn. There are no changes to the date, time or location of this hearing. It will be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on April 27, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case,
