OFFICIAL NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
The application filed for case number CU-22-14 requesting a Conditional Use as an Exception to permit the establishment of a repair garage in the B-3, Central Business District, generally located at 212 North Ash Street, City of McPherson, has been withdrawn at the request of the applicant.
As this was the only action item on the agenda for tonight’s regularly scheduled meeting on December 15th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals has cancelled this meeting.
