McPHERSON — The McPherson City Commission will meet Aug. 16, 2022, to hear an appeal of a Notice of Violation of Chapter 50 (Nuisances) of the City Code for the property located at 1339 N. Myers Street and appeals of a Notice of Violation of Chapter 18 (Buildings and Building Regulations) for the properties located at 124 S. Kelly Street, 222 S. Hickory Street and 123 S. Hickory Street.
The public meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. in the Commission Room of the Municipal Center, 400 E. Kansas Ave. This will follow the Commission’s regularly scheduled Tuesday meeting.
