NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 18, 2021, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room of the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-CU-21-07. Brandon and Amy Trost, of 918 Sycamore Place, City of McPherson, pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City's Zoning Regulations, requests a conditional use as an exception for the purpose of constructing of a shed over 400 square feet on property zoned as the R-1, Single-Family Residential District and legally described as: SYCAMORE PLACE, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 19, RANGE 03, BLOCK 1, LOT 4
