OFFICIAL NOTICE OF ZONING APPEALS HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 18, 2021, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room of the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-CU-21-09. Robert and Pamela Harper, of 410 and 414 S. Main Street, City of McPherson, pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City's Zoning Regulations, requests a conditional use for the purpose of erecting a 3-foot tall, picket wing fence 17.5-feet inside the required front yard along the north and south property lines, on property zoned as the R-2, Two-Family Residential District and legally described as: (410 S. Main St) MCPHERSON O.T.S., BLOCK 114, Lot 5, 6, SECTION 29, Township 19, Range 03 and (414 S. Main St) MCPHERSON O.T.S., BLOCK 114, Lot 7, 8, SECTION 29, Township 19, Range 03.

You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
