NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, September 23, 2021, the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of McPherson, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room of the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
Case No. BZA-CU-21-05. Michael R. & Jana Goering Trust of 1300 N. Maxwell, McPherson, Kansas, pursuant to Section 10-108 of the City's Zoning Regulations, requests a conditional use as an exception for the purpose of erecting a 24' x 40' (960 SF) garage on property zoned as the R-2 Two Family Residential District and legally described as: Commencing at the NW Corner of Block 7, Park Addition to the City of McPherson for the Point of Beginning; thence East 50 feet; thence South 175 feet; thence West 50 feet; thence North 175 feet to the POB.
