TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 7, 2021, the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following application for a Special Use at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
CASE NO. SU-21-05. Proposed Special Use requested by Secured Holdings of Central Kansas, LLC (Michael Yates) of 400 North Maple for a Pawn Shop in the B-4 Service Business District.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Commencing at the SW Corner of Lot 13, Block 31; McPherson OTS for the Point of Beginning; thence N. 52.8 feet; thence E. 142 feet; thence S. 3.6 feet; thence W. 142 feet to the Point of Beginning.
GENERAL LOCATION: 400 North Maple
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved, would permit the above noted Special Use. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
