Britta Erkelenz has served the City of McPherson since 2016 and currently holds a dual role as Human Resources Director (since 2021) and Assistant City Administrator (since 2024). She supports daily operations and strategic initiatives. She is passionate about building a collaborative, accountable workplace culture that helps the City and its employees thrive. A lifelong dog lover, Britta believes every community is better with a few wagging tails.
