Additional Information
Applied to both city residents & regular rates.
- A $400 deposit is due at contract signing for the Citizens Hall. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit. Exceptions can be made for weather-related cancellations or postponements. The deposit is applicable to rental total. If rental total is less than $400 deposit, the full amount will be due at signing and serve as deposit.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in loss of fees. Exceptions can be made for weather-related cancellations or postponements.
- An additional $50 per hour cleaning fee will apply if facilities are not left in an acceptable manner.
- A discount of up to 20% on rental rates will be considered for nonprofits with 501(c)3 status as well as veteran organizations. Select other unsponsored, non-for-profit events where no money is changing hands will be considered for discount. Special rates also will be considered for frequent use.
