  3. Concerts for a Cause

    June 24, 2021, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Hopp's Sound

    Concerts for a Cause is a summer series featuring soloists, ensembles, rock bands and more on an outdoor stage. Entertainment is hosted by Hopp's Sound & Electric, 214 E. Euclid, on Thursdays at 7 p.m. An onsite concessions stand sells sno cones and popcorn with all proceeds benefiting local non-profit organizations. All concerts are free and open to the public. Concerts for a Cause is sponsored in part by a grant provided by the McPherson Convention & Visitors Bureau.

  4. McPherson Pipeliners Home Game

    June 24, 2021, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM @ Edward Jones Stadium

    McPherson hit a grand slam when the McPherson Pipeliners was established in 2018. The amateur baseball club chose McPherson as its home after signing a three-year contract with National Baseball Congress (NBC) and Kansas Collegiate League Baseball (KCLB). All home games are played at Light Capital Field. Each season features talented athletes from across the nation playing more than 15 home games. The general manager works collaboratively with Head Coach Chris Dawson, Assistant Coach JD Noey, and Pitching Coach Doug Gove to provide a competitive baseball program. All games are free and open to the public.

    McPherson Co Farmers Market meets every Saturday between May 22nd and the last Sat. of October. Hours are 7:30 am-12:00 pm Location: Roundtop building on the McPherson County 4H Fairgrounds. 600 W. Woodside in McPherson, KS. We have fresh, local produce, baked goods, flowers and plants, eggs, meat, and honey.
