NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 6, 2023, the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following zoning application at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room of the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
CASE NO. Z-23-01. The Gray Group, LLC (Stephen Gray), of 1407 Dover Road, McPherson Kansas has proposed a change of zoning district classification from the B-5, Shopping Center District to the I-1, Light industrial District.

GENERAL LOCATION: At the Southwest corner of West Kansas Avenue and Highway 81-ByPass
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved under the City Zoning Regulations, would be effectuated by ordinance. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
