NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following application for a Special Use at 7:00 p.m. on February 7, 2023 in the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
CASE NO. SU-23-01. A proposed Special Use requested by USD 418 (Shiloh Vincent and Luke Amend), of 514 North Main Street, McPherson, Kansas for the expansion of the existing, legal nonconforming use as a Spectator Sports Facility by adding stadium lights, a scoreboard, a speaker system and expanded seating at the Northeast corner of the subject property on property zoned R-1, Single-Family Residential.

You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved, would permit the above noted Special Use. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
