This application has been assigned Case No. V-23-01. This case was originally scheduled to be considered by the Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on January 26th, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas. This case will now be considered on February 23rd, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the Commission room at the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas. This action was taken at the request of the applicant. PLEASE NOTE: the requested reduction for this case may change. An additional publication will be issued no later than 20 clear days prior to the new meeting date announcing said change.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Board of Zoning Appeals may close the hearing and render a decision.
