NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following application for a Special Use at 7:00 p.m. on July 6, 2021 in the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
CASE NO. SU-21-01. Proposed Special Use requested by Michael Yates (Secured Holdings of Central Kansas), of 310 North Main Street, City of McPherson for the establishment of an eScooter rental, storage, care and repair business in the B-3 Central Business District.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: MCPHERSON O.T.S., SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 19, RANGE 03, COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 10, BLOCK 53 FOR POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE EAST 142', THENCE SOUTH 50', THENCE WEST 18.4', THENCE NORTH 1', THENCE WEST 123.4', THENCE NORTH 49' TO POINT OF BEGINNING
GENERAL LOCATION: 218 North Ash Street, City of McPherson, McPherson County Kansas
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved, would permit the above noted Special Use. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
