NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 3, 2020, the McPherson City Planning Commission will consider the following zoning application at 7:00 p.m. in the Commission Room of the Municipal Center, 400 East Kansas Avenue, McPherson, Kansas.
CASE NO. Z-20-03. Premier Development, LLC (Nick Vontz), of 800 West 1st Street, McPherson Kansas has proposed a change of zoning district classification from the R-1, Single-Family Residential District to the R-3, Multi-Family Residential District.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Premier Subdivision, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 19, RANGE 03, Block 1, Lot 16-32, City of McPherson, McPherson County, KS
GENERAL LOCATION: All lots on the north side of Genesis Drive, between Maxwell Street and Eastlinks Drive, City of McPherson, McPherson County, Kansas
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Commission which, if approved under the City Zoning Regulations, would be effectuated by ordinance. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
