City Installs New Traffic Signals

Traffic signals at the intersection of Main Street and Euclid Street were shut down on Monday, November 25, to allow for the installation of new signals. Northbound and southbound traffic will have the right of way. Temporary stop signs will be installed on Euclid Street for westbound and eastbound traffic.

The new signals will be more visible due to increased height and 12” LED lights. The project is expected to last three weeks and is contingent on weather. Motorists are advised to drive with caution and seek alternate routes. For more information, contact the Public Works Department at 620.245.2545.
