Zoning Regulations change pages available for download

 

These pages are to be downloaded, printed and inserted in the book containing the previous set of Zoning Regulations which carried an effective date of December 10, 2008.  This will bring them up to the current effective date of August 11, 2010.  If you have an earlier set of regulations or need a complete set, go to the "Publications" link to the left and scroll down to the section on "Zoning Regulations 2010."  The downloads in that section are the complete regulations.

 NOTE:  These regulations are copyrighted material of The City of McPherson, Kansas.  They may not by copied and reused, either in whole or in part, by another governmental entity or consulting firm for the purpose of creating a new set of regulations for another city without the express written consent of the City of McPherson and it's consultant, Foster and Associates.

NOTE:  These pages begin on the first page of an ariticle which contains a change and will continue to the end of that Article if the change resulted in all of the subsequent pages being renumbered.  This does not indicate that every one of these pages contains a change.
